*Sales Policy*
1. A minimum of 50% non refundable deposit is required to hold any rabbit(s).
We will not release any rabbit until we have received full payment.
2. Any rabbit being held with a deposit must be picked up within one week of the date it is ready to go,unless other arrangments have been made.
3. We hold no responsibility for the rabbit(s) after they leave our possession.
4. We have a no refund policy, as all sales are final, but we will replace with another rabbit of the same value if a returned rabbit is accompanied by a letter from the vet of it's health problems and only during the first 7 days after the sale.
5. Any rabbit sold as show quality, does not guarantee showing success.
6. We do make every effort to properly sex the rabbits we sell, BUT a breeder can sometimes make a mistake on the sex of a young rabbit, the buyers are responsible for checking to see if sexing is correct.
7. We reserve the right to cancel a sale at any time, for any reason.
By placing a deposit /hold on any rabbit(s), you acknowledge and accept this policy. if you disagree with any items listed above, do not place a deposit/hold.
We reserve the right to make any neccessary changes to this policy if needed.
